Working at CareerBuilder was good till now. Good work life balance, Advance technologies used so learning part is more.

...r with another company, things changed. Everyday you have fear of getting fired. The another bad part is bonus and appraisal. I have not get discussed bonus as per the document. Also the appraisal happened only once in these 3 years, also only 2.5%.

I have received a mail regarding the job openings. Career builders has asked me to pay the payment for premium plan. And after that they have asked me to pay more money And nobody has informed me. And now no one is reverting back . Even the numbers are not reachable. Can you please look into this matter on urgent basis. Is this opportunity does career builders gives to the clients.

Work culture is good here. Company really takes care of their employees. Compensation benefits are good. Organizers trips for individuals and families also which very less companies does now a days

1. Work timing are little uncomfortable as we deal with US client need to stretch till midnight. 2. Growth is very slow. 3. Product innovation is minimal 4. After spending a while your learning gets stagnant

If your manager is from US then you would be lucky and fortunately I worked with Us manager from starting but she left after that life become hell when the Indian Manager was assigned

Work from home. This is a best company for ball lickers. These guys can grow rapidly in this organisation irrespective of their talent and skills

Management. They want only ball lickers rather than that people can’t survive in Cb. Even if you have talent and skills you can’t grow with in the organisation.
