Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Guides are extremely terrible specially when husband and wife are working professionally in the same department.They just behave like illiterate and means typical language which is completely out of State.

Dislikes

Partiality specially and the thing when husband and wife is employed in the same department like chemistry.So it becomes terrible how they deal student and how they behave and insult.instead of making research goals they make conspiracies and involve student among them for their own benefit.They instigate students to complain against other teachers so that they can become associate and hod..so I respect to VC sir kindly pay attention to such things .Things are not like that..kindly arrange an online alumni meetings for PhD research scholars then we will let u know ...
