No working Ethics Worst poor management Worst politics inside You will not learn anything They will treat you like a slave specially upper management No good incentive and bonus Very less salary and more work and frustrated people Salary not on time also they are deducted my salary. They have taken my big incentive amount which they haven't returned me yet Not at all deserve any single star Beware of them think twice whole joining the organisation.

Career launcher haridwar,They don't give salary on time, when you serve notice period and gove resignation they don't give salary if you ask them they threatens you like They will file a Case against you (Mrs sharmila chauhan MD and Mr Devendra MD) Worst experience of working here.

Events and Annual function. Not too much work load and pressure in academics.

If you are okay with working on Sat and Sunday then it is good too work in CL. Promotion and salary hike is not upto the mark.

1.Salary is given in the middle of the month which is nerve wrecking. 2.Micromanaging is at its peak,which is mostly done by so called Sales head,who only believes to show her existing by being bossy because that's the only talent she can showcase. 3.Most important is that they hire people from other industries and expect them to perform in 10-15 days and if they fail to do so,they are being fired on spot without any notice or PIP.So,no job security is there. 4.Lastly,In Gurgaon,sec 43,no faculty or employee stays for more than 1 month as it's an alien branch where nobody wants to take coaching or put any enquiry.
