There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

To be honest, its salary and compensation which is on lower end. And lack of HR policies and guidelines. Inavailability of HR in regional offices.

This company will not pay you yearly growth in both the terms-monetary and learning.And when you leave the organization they will not pay the necessary dues.They don't want the employees to learn because they don't want to give them growth.They want to turn the employees into donkeys.People who have no other option for job should wait for better opportunity.Because in long term, they are anyways going to loose.

Overall culture is average with hybrid option availability.

...Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

...offered 19lac pa. Tier 2/3 institute got 11lacs pa. Lets see FY24 attrition. If you are joining please negotiate better salary prior joining because once you are in there is no way to increase that unless you join another company. Only join if you can bear the pain of disparity among.
