1-Totally fraud Company 2- No fixed date of salary 3-No job security 4-MD of the company is a egoistic person. 5- No professional behaviour 6- MD of the company treated employee like a slave. 7-MD of the company is too abusive to there employee. 8-No respect of the employee 9- management always gives false threatening of Police case. 10- No FnF is done when leave. 11- horrible experience

As I had worked in R and D department, it provides a better platform for research. The teammates was very supportive, helpful especially Sanjay sir who always sound scientifically and motivate us for research. Over all for me it's provide a healthy environment for better research in agriculture field.

Dislikes

As I mentioned earlier the teammates were good. There is little politics also regarding groupism. The career growth is also very slow. The company should need to work according to some focused plan.
