...achieved your goal within the time limit then company can promote in next level. But salary increments are very low. Management always try to promote people from the company. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Company's claim settlement ratio also good but little slow as per my experience. Work pressure is there but hire & fire practices are not there. As per my knowledge and experience its good place for Work. Average growths are there.

Reason of Dislike... For Bank channel Religare health insurance don't have trainer. From this year onward for URM And RM level don't have proper health insurance for him or her and their families. Religare health insurance giving medical facilities from ESI for their employees.
