The most appealing factor of Care Health Insurance as an employee is that you get noticed for the efforts you are making, the learning opportunities are endless and the top management is quite approachable.

Dislikes

Remuneration structure is disbalanced in the organisation. Employees are underpaid and overworked with no overtime pay. Also the worst part is notice period. They do not let the employee leave without serving 90 days notice period at any cost (non negotiable) at any hierarchy level. Even an apprentice (trainee) is expected to serve 90 days as notice period if he/she wants the experience certificate.

Third class company, there is no job security ,upper management is very rude not ready to listen employees problem and unexpected salary deduction and there is no conveince

No job security, less salary and no convince and upper management rude behaviour

Salary comes on time. Flexible timings.

Too much cost-conscious. Focus on quantity rather than quality. Inadequate leadership. Ad-hoc work. A culture where people refrain from voicing differences of opinion. A culture of "Yes Sir". Lack of clear performance measures.

Monopoly of seniors they recruit employee of their benefit which is not good and they ask pay out amount for themselves pay out amount only for bank employee not for our bosses which is not good company has to track that thing

Timely salary without fail, but no holidays on the festivals too ,mine was online channel at Hyderabad.

Dislikes

Early logins and late logouts were the worst thing and moreover they keep asking for sale sale sale sale continuously
