Jo accha kaam karta hai unko unki responsibilities ache se samjhai gai hai and those who were just taking salary for free are fired. Most importantly, the vision and mission of the company is made clear with new management, otherwise hum bas andhere me teer chala rahe the.

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Its positive to see that they are taking action when employees, including those in management, are not performing well. They now see performance and let go of those who don't meet expectations. The work culture has improved significantly compared to earlier times. We are not sure what is going to happen but it seems like they are taking significant steps to make it a better workplace.
