Salary structure should better as per industry. Pressure for too much parameters. Environment should be employee centric. Like pantry should better, should be a SM space to sit and work, should space for JCs to sit. 10 hours in a day its not possible to stand out there.

The brand is very good but the franchise partner gives very less salary and benefits like my salary is 9000 or I am not happy at all and we also want such facilities which are provided in L-1 store of Caratlane.
