I like CaratLane as a Very good & trusted Jewelry brand which is provide so much new training ,skills learning, & very good Environment for all . Male/Female Staff

As compare CL work Salary & Incentive not good comparatively other Jewelry brands. like Malabar. Kalyan Etc. our most of JC/SM Switches CL due to that reason. Personally I look & feel . Specially our New PLI Program is very Complicated & Confusing . Even Store Not getting 0.25% Incentive for net Revenue. Every month due to several task add in CL Incentive plan.

Nothing right now. The middle managers have destroyed the company.

After the change in management, the company has changed completely. Right now nobody takes suggestion and only criticises lower employees. Lot of attrition is happening and will continue to happen.

Within a short term I dont feel anything dislike... I am expecting a Shifts. Past Four months there is no shifts.. All staffs are also same.. Needed Shifts.
