I got to learn a lot in Caratlane and Caratlane selected a good opportunity for me.

Dislikes

The brand is very good but the franchise partner gives very less salary and benefits like my salary is 9000 or I am not happy at all and we also want such facilities which are provided in L-1 store of Caratlane.

Company give attest profile vise and education vise salary Horse and donkey's same salary 13000 for post graduation person and also married with 2 children No banifits PF , Esi nothing

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The open culture of the company helps to get a sense of belonging in the company where one has the opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas or even concerns to the top management of the company.

Dislikes

There are way too many meetings that happen at work. Also, the compensation is bit lesser compared to the competitors in the market.
