Salary is not as expected and work given is too much.. got hired for handling 1 process now have 4 with me so it's not as promised.. also ppl do same work but earn more than us and after joining all the benefits are taken away with the reason cost cutting

1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3.
