There are so many learning opportunities here at CaratLane. The teams are supportive and encouraging for learning and growth of an individual. Working with like minded people who along with their own professional growth, want to watch the company flourish and reach new heights. The open culture of the company helps to get a sense of belonging in the company where one has the opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas or even concerns to the top management of the company.

There are way too many meetings that happen at work. Also, the compensation is bit lesser compared to the competitors in the market.

1. Flexibility in the company and culture 2. Micro culture of the team and the manager has been motviating and empathetic 3. The leadership is approachable and carry high agency 4. My job role is very entrepreneurial in nature 5. Constant efforts from all forces of the org to grow the career of the employees.

1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3. Middle managers in the org need to acquire more agency 4. A lot of sub par hiring is being done to be feasible financially but works the other way around for the company

The Best thing about CaratLane is the Open Culture which provides a great Freedom to do the Job. Because of this you never feel the Work Pressure. Also, the Flexible work timings are a big green flag for me. This kind of atmosphere helps people to take risks and learn new things. I feel Compensation is quite less as compared to the Industry standard. Salaries offered can be improved.
