For a fresher captain is a ideal company, because captain is one of those company who trained you how to survive in a extremely bad market conditions. it's work culture is good but the management and the company policy has needs so many improvement... if any body can deal with his/ her financial problems than he/she can do the job for a long time....

they don't give salary in proper time.. have some trust issues between employees and company...

nothing sach me bahut hi bakwas . This is very terrible to work in this department.

They will not support to learn you any thing . strict timing daily even on Sunday and on holidays also 10 am to 6 pm officially but actual timing is 10 am to every day until your senior will be in office you have to wait and complete the work which will be provided to you after late evening. No any learning environment.All time you are under pressure for your job security . There are no any work-life balance(Accounts department).

Overall terrible due to ask and technical head they are irresponsible to their own job. After that if you want to grow captain Tmt with your work they stop you due to some other sales person , who give them something .

The teammates were good ,traning was also nice job security was not as much nice as the other things,career growth was good ,the salary was not sufficient,travelling was excellent , I learned a lot, as doing the work my life balance was excellent
