Here you can actually see how your code can affect company's growth in short while. Employees strength is small so you get to work with almost each and everybody which helps you grow fast. Almost flat heirarchy. A good company to join as fresher for any future profile be it development/testing/support. Very less politics. If you are here then you are expected give dedicated 8 working hours.

Dislikes

No exposure to latest tools, technologies and practices. Company hires freshers but does not know how to nurture them towards a adept professional. Compansation wise its not at industry standard. As you spend years here gradually work life balance becomes terrible. Pathetic break/lunch/caffetarea.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
