Likes

Being a product based, as expected, Salary hikes are good and satisfactory compared to other companies. Lunch and Snacks are provided with no charges, on daily basis being at office which makes this benefit unique compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Project KT sessions, training is not provided for new employees. No process followed in the project. Understanding such complex domain projects (US related taxes and all) is difficult without that. Even we being QA, we are not allowed to log defects, only Onsite team has to log defects. This is one bad experience, faced. QA Lead who is mentoring all other projects QA is not skillful and we report to such person. Not allowed to utilize our own sick leaves provided on Monday and Fridays, management assumes it is not real sick leave, they consider it as Loss of Pay. No Work From Home option. Appraisal Cycle is not static, need to regularize. They provide Appraisals when ever they feel, as per their convenience. (delay in appraisals)

There was not a single thing to like in the company. They hire you as a professionals but treat you like a slave.

Dislikes

Dictatorship of director. When asked for leaves he give wfh and when asked for wfh he denied the request. Even three months advance leave request get dismissed. Every single thing you do here is micro-managed.
