You will not get salary - unless you do sales. Job is pure commission basis even at Senior level. Rahul Jain and SHuchi Jain - the owners put camera at every work location. Even if you have to use washroom, You have to go and take permission with two people;

...fter me , there are 4 people joined at my place and all quit in a week or so. Salary is linked with performance. I have filled case against to get my hard earned money.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Great place to work. Mainly the Management Mr. Rahul Jain ( MD) and Shuchi Jain ( Director) took the staff as their own family members and did the best to their full satisfaction and expectation of the staff members.

First I have joined as an assistant manager position for logistics Dept. Actually I badly need to learn from shipper side how they do shipping, so in short span of time I have learned many about real time shipping from my co colleague Mr Sarath. But for me it's too difficult to continue because before I was an liner and vessel planner in world's largest shipping. So I couldn't able to adopt with Capricorn culture because they doesn't behave professionally. Anyhow it was good time to being as part of Capricorn.
