...e not supportive and management take decision with thinking about his employees. Poor appraisal and no bonus. HR has no role to play and only Business team has full control on everything. BH ask us to do PD till 7 pm and work till 11 pm. Worst organization to work with.

No Personal life, poor work life balance, need employee who can work 24 hours, regular late night working. Regional team asked to work on Sunday unofficially but HR not take any action when they are aware about it.

Company is not good or bad but there's senier management is very bad at Noida Location. There is 0% support to There team members and also escalate to senior about Team members working cultural.there is 0% support from BM &, Asm, CSM, also there is Reward policy is not good for employees like DJFM contest,Jfm Contest.i won a activa in 2nd Last DJFM but when I leave the company's then I paid Rs 75000/-. Due to Reward policy Bond with 1 year,at the time of launch the contest there is no any kind of bond policy but the won they'd be bond to employees for 1 year or two year of articles. Very bad experience with this organisation senior at Noida Location.

Company policy which is shown to public Liek 05 day week.. Incetives.... Casual waerings all are Good But actually not going on so An authorise person can easily use his power for personal benifit and lots of Disvrimination in employees and staff

Work life balance not available Lesser Job security People here sharing thier personal relation for which they can loss other employee easily Data interchange by seniors... Only personal relations matters no matter how good you are in your work
