Chairperson of Capital Powers were royal by their nature. They really appreciate efforts of their employees. Good environment and well culture. Management is good. Everything is fine and well. They supported us very well & fine. But their is no job security for a person who is loyal but not able to present infront of HOD's and BDM's.

Very honestly i will give constructive feedback. Sometimes becouse of other work pressures or anything the chairpersons take immediate actions, depending on their mood. Ive been very loyal to Capital Powers always and will ever. Will not lie to Ambitionbox, their back is listening,I've never done any enquiry leakage or anything which make Capital Powers feel bad for me. But one more thing and last😁. Ive only few days left in this firm, ive received notice period upto 30 Aug 2020. Hence still as the employee of Capital Powers, company is good and well. And they really support all employees in COVID-19 pandemics.
