- Hire & Fire : No job security & Politics - Leaves : You will never know how much leaves you have left. (No Tools to check) and even for Holidays you have to take permission to company along with client. - Communication : HR will almost never reply some PMs are almost same - Appraisal : they will promise you to give better salary hike but believe me no matter how much time you spend & give better productivity, you will get less than 10% and if you demand more they will give 5-10% more and will force you to sign a Commitment with very bad policy. - Time Tracker : They will control you by installing timetracker software & will expect 60% of ratio to maintains (Means almost every second you have to click/type or move the cursor even if you are finding any solution) - No any benefits (Laptop, Internet etc.) - If you face any issue with your laptop, It's your loss & salary will also get deducted.

Likes

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

Since it is an IT company and permits employees to apply for leaves, view their pending leaves, update their resumes, search through previous resumes, and perform other HR-related tasks, it ought to use an HR management system. As of right now, all HR-related matters are handled via email. When necessary, the HR department will send an urgent email requesting the employee, but occasionally the employee will be given urgent work that requires juggling multiple tasks.

I have been working at Capital numbers for the past 4years and it's been a good experience so far. The most impressive thing about this company is the office culture, the management is good and also the seniors and always supportive and inspiring, you will have the opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance your knowledge. Another positive thing about this company is the company is growing to become a bigger name in the industry.

I think the salary structure which is the something slightly on the average, it can be improve a bit.
