Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

HR Portal: It would be beneficial to have and HR-related portal where employees can access leave details, check their leave balances, and explore a knowledge center featuring tutorials and video resources. 2. Leave Encashment Policy: Introducing a leave encashment policy would be a valuable addition, providing employees with the option to convert unused leave into a financial benefit. These enhancements would contribute to a more streamlined and employee-friendly experience.

Hire candidate but company have no project for them after some time they tell due to market down they haven't work for us and then fired us. No job security at all. If they haven't work then please don't hire candidates & break their carear.

...of the seniors and project managers. It feels like an extended family over here. Flexible work hours, easy leave sanctions, timely credit of salary and annual increments based on yearly perfomance with incentives are some other highlights of this company. Not much of a dislike but I would want the company to arrange yearly get-together or picnic, yearly sport (Cricket or Football) tournaments to engage their employees.
