CBSL is a good company for initiate the 1st Job, Teammates are good but career growth very poor, Salary given to employee is poor, Good salary only given to upper employees but it is good for starting the carrier, if you start at lower level you have to leave asap but if you start at upper level at company you can stay a long period.

...leave encash ment nor leaves given . No bonus no gifts at least once in a year .do not close the apprisal by March it get closed only in July or August 0nly 5 percent increase in salary .

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.
