There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

Capita is a fabulous company to work with. In this hard times of Pandemic, Capita is a company where employees are getting yearly Variable pay/Bonus, salary is paid on time as expected. Appraisals are ongoing, will be given soon. In this hardship where employees are sacked, salaries deducted, Capita is paying fairly to employees and jobs retained. Not only this, Capita has widely allowed employees to work from home and is also reimbursing internet bills of employees. They are also planning to provide more infra to employees like UPS, office chairs to make work life more comfortable for employees.

Dislikes

A few things I disliked, company policies on IJP, cafeteria is not good in our campus, management at times is not transparent.

their incentive plans and skill development programs, and most important thing that they always provide opportunity to freshers ...

...to employees very badly. late night working and never compensate for overtime. working days are monday to friday but many times they will told you for saterday and sunday working but no compensation .

...one not allowed 7) no scope of further education or professional upgradation. 8) they will collect blank check leaf of your salary account on the name of contract and will file litigation when you leave before contractual time, due to heavy unethical practices and unbearable burden.(legally contract is broken by them)** Before joining must check indore dist court website they have case against their 100+ employees in same section on NI ACT-138.( HOW it is possible at varied time their employees cheated them in same manner) 9) review record can be googled to know their black business. 10)They had so called international sales(not sure about SEBI permission), Thank you for giving me a chance to say my experience.

Dislikes

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity
