No Agile followed but HRs will boast they vacancies on Linkedin as "Great Opportunity" :P Seniors working here for 10+ years can't go outside because 1) Capita ties you in a golden handcuff with a high salary which no one else is ready to pay for poor skillset which these leads hold 2) They are not capable to clear interviews 3) Comfortable doing the same job for years, lethargic manual work and getting more pay The company doesn't do great in hiring as well. During my tenure, I have worked with many colleagues who were on a fake experience and some even had fake degrees. This could be another reason why some people never leave Capita. Onsite is the only benefit here but even after this some greedy people show fake overtime onshore and earn 3-4 times more than their UK pay because HRs and Managers are not vigilant. One manager had a complaint against him but he belonged to a higher management lobby was hired on a role as a QA Manager when he had never really worked in QA. Join Capita, join the lobby, l**k boots, get onsite and get rich. And if your self-respect is not dead, Repeat!!

...to employees very badly. late night working and never compensate for overtime. working days are monday to friday but many times they will told you for saterday and sunday working but no compensation .

...one not allowed 7) no scope of further education or professional upgradation. 8) they will collect blank check leaf of your salary account on the name of contract and will file litigation when you leave before contractual time, due to heavy unethical practices and unbearable burden.(legally contract is broken by them)** Before joining must check indore dist court website they have case against their 100+ employees in same section on NI ACT-138.( HOW it is possible at varied time their employees cheated them in same manner) 9) review record can be googled to know their black business. 10)They had so called international sales(not sure about SEBI permission), Thank you for giving me a chance to say my experience.

Dislikes

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity

A good work life balance. A great place to work if your not looking to grow financially or grow your career

...s outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.
