Best part is no restrictions for a person willing to do some thing good. Every thing we need to develop our self is provided, our tasks are adding value to either ourself or company. If we have potential and committed to achieve certain goal, every one from top to bottom will support us to achieve it.

...me times we feel that why so many policies and restrictions during working time. Salary is less for support functions

...y team is concerned. We do our work and that's it. We have fun and less stress . Salary compensation not so nice. No night shift allowances. Transport allowance available though. Good experience in Capita so far and you will have supportive managers.

Just that people who join below your designation also gets higher package than you. And salary hike is very less.

Literally nothing! One’s work morals, style and experience will be ruined after getting here. Only a single team run by a lady manager have good balance else it is worse enough not to talk even about it. One word ‘HORRENDOUS’

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity
