There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

It's great to learn new things and identify the errors. Politics is anywhere you join...the company is good the management is mismanaged.

...Managers do not stand for their colleague's or advisors if things are not right. Salary is quite okay not great. Next level success is in Dreamland.

Only one thing that this company gives Saturday, Sunday off. But sometimes u have to work on weekends also.

...ack staving, no appreciation for good work and help to grow in the organization. Except all the salary package is worse than worst. Your salary package will be decided depending on the last take home, prior experience doesn't matter at all. Worst Company for experienced and for frasher.

...to employees very badly. late night working and never compensate for overtime. working days are monday to friday but many times they will told you for saterday and sunday working but no compensation .
