Each one is bombarded with a lot of work. The company is always short-staffed as good and talented people leave the company because of dissatisfaction. They will call you on phone on weekends and on holidays and will tell you to work.

...half manpower lost there job and simply asked to look out for new opportunities. Provided 2 months salary as mentioned in offer letter but didn't asked to work for notice period. I learned in these two months and get a new job.

As lockdown imposed, company fired people. At least no pay work or salary cut options should be tried for sometime.

The work culture used to be open and good earlier. Some of it is still present.

...tist culture here. So if you're not from an IIT/IIM your opinions do not matter. There is also no pay for working overtime or on holidays.

Hybrid work culture, On time salary

There is no function of HR department. It is just name sake, they do not even care how the employees are feeling so far. All they can do is automate the process by bringing YOURDOST - an emotional wellness program or some useless automated nudges. Product has lot of bugs, no proper training materials for clients. Junior executives who are staying in the company for ages are given team lead responsibility - do not even know how to run a team or how to engage a team - or take accountability.
