...at Capillary Technologies, there is no distinction; everyone is treated equally. For example, they provide compensation for internet and mobile expenses, as well as goodies and insurance.

Hybrid work culture, On time salary

Dislikes

There is no function of HR department. It is just name sake, they do not even care how the employees are feeling so far. All they can do is automate the process by bringing YOURDOST - an emotional wellness program or some useless automated nudges. Product has lot of bugs, no proper training materials for clients. Junior executives who are staying in the company for ages are given team lead responsibility - do not even know how to run a team or how to engage a team - or take accountability.

...half manpower lost there job and simply asked to look out for new opportunities. Provided 2 months salary as mentioned in offer letter but didn't asked to work for notice period. I learned in these two months and get a new job.

As lockdown imposed, company fired people. At least no pay work or salary cut options should be tried for sometime.

1. The managers are exploitative, they ask you to come on weekends too. 2. The company has no work ethics, they find out ways to deduct your bonus when leaving. 3. Company doesn’t keep their word- they promise you something, and then take their promise back. They want you to keep your promise, however. 4.
