Hybrid work culture, On time salary

Dislikes

There is no function of HR department. It is just name sake, they do not even care how the employees are feeling so far. All they can do is automate the process by bringing YOURDOST - an emotional wellness program or some useless automated nudges. Product has lot of bugs, no proper training materials for clients. Junior executives who are staying in the company for ages are given team lead responsibility - do not even know how to run a team or how to engage a team - or take accountability.

...ecurity, whenever company profits go down they fire people without prior notice. They also give 0% or 1% appraisal to employees and cut their variable pay up to 40-50%.

Dislikes

Each one is bombarded with a lot of work. The company is always short-staffed as good and talented people leave the company because of dissatisfaction. They will call you on phone on weekends and on holidays and will tell you to work.

there is nothing to like here, no learning no growth opportunities.

there is nothing like work life balance. the company is always short staffed as they fire people for cost cutting and put burden on others for taking responsibility of 2- 3 people and at the end of the day will not even appreciate you for working that much.
