Is it perfect? Naah! But what place is? The important thing is issues are heard and actually addressed instead of being swept under the rug. If you are looking for an organization where you can grow and contribute meaningfully, CAPGRID is worth checking out. For a cross functional department, inter-team communication and clarity gets challenging sometimes.

It's a growing company with ambitious vision. Founders are clear to grow the company with sustainable clients with integral approach for the long-term association. It's a startup environment where decisions are quick, management is approachable, and everyone is working to increase the business and serve the customers.

Dislikes

Like other startups, things won't be as organized as someone may expect and priorities may change as per the requirement of the business.

Likes

Salary timely comes and good as they buy you with it and make you work as per their convenience beyond office hours. Interviews are great as you don’t get to know what is the reality.

Dislikes

In a short period of time I realised how I got deceived during the interview as the reality hits you once you are here. Leadership shouts on unnecessary things, as a PM people don’t listen to you, business platform still at very nascent stage. Discuss with someone before you join here.

The flat hierarchy and everyone is very accessible . You can reach out to anyone with your queries . Dynamic Working Environment . The best part is you get enough opportunity to Learn about Different type of Manufacturing Process. We had Audited more the 150 Suppliers & Manufacturing process and Learn so Many Things about New process.

Dislikes

No Meaning of Designation. Experience & Maturity Level should be one Criteria for Higher Level Designation.

Nothing to like about this organization. Extremely poor work management and highly toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Multiple cases of POSH being reported to the founders and the committee but zero action has been taken till date. They even try to cover up the act. Lot of people are involved in wrong practice of receiving kickbacks from suppliers known to all senior management, still no action taken till date. Abusive language being used in the meetings creating a lot of negativity and toxicity in the organization.
