.... Very difficult to survive in the long run as your package will increase 5% PA. People go there for salary growth, as the company gives 20 to 30%, honestly I don't recommend this company to others. If you are just looking for salary correction only then you think of it and I don't see any new processes coming in.

Difficult to get growth, both in terms of position as well as salary. Learning is not there

The way we are encouraged to upskills ourself.its good for passionate people.work culture is good.

Not good people management( need strong management).need to improve training plans,salary???:) and important thing "people matter result count" is not correct....increment policy should be revisited by higher management.

Good work culture and environment. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good

Salary is low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. And notice period is long..

Capgemini really care about their employees, train them very well, great HR policies, but having less career development or growth. For a fresher its a great working and learning place.

Dislikes

Capgemini must increase their salary structure, must be conscious with what is happening with their employees or time productive time should not exceed the companies policy.
