Salary and appraisal for seniors are less to negligible. Always there is a threat Of loosing job. Many people leaving capgemini which makes company believe that loyalty is just a word and people who do not resign is because they do not get anywhere and not related to loyality

They have a collaboration with udemy and coursera and many more . I learned few skills and this helps me to grow

Dislikes

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

Dislikes

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. Managers voice is as rude as he speaks to effect our personal feelings just to win the current situation.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do
