...iwali gift some are not even consider. After growing business in 2 double digit. But promotion and Compensation benefits are not actually realised as per company standard. Increment are given but that too for name sake in April. Total marketing strategy. Increment are done for 'A' level and 'B' level Employees. Whoes Salary are low. Not for C and D level Employees.

1) Less Salary as compare to new Joiner. 2) NO Expectation in Promotions. 3) Lots of Politics. 4) Efforts not countable

Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.

No consideration, no appreciation, no promotions, no hike

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

Dislikes

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Work life balance completely satisfied, no more restrictions, if you complete your work you can enjoy your freedom, peaceful environment, lovely accamadation.

The only one Salary compensation is lower than expectations
