All the processes here are slow like a government company so you may get more bench time.

Dislikes

The whole company is filled with selfish managers who can't afford your salary, they'll try to kick you out of the company as soon as the client billing stops. HR are dumb they listen only to what managers tell them to speak. Worst company with a good face.

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Dislikes

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.
