No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.

1. Poor salary hike 2. Not giving promotions to dedicated employee. 3. Biased in giving promotions and hike. The people who are already working as PL, TL, Managers they are getting promotions and good hike. 4. IJP and IPO doesn't work if you wish to move to your favourite department

...rent. Also I have the counter offer of 6.24 lpa but they are not considering it. And top of the cherry they neither discuss about the role nor salary compensation during the time of interview. This was not expected from a reputable organization like Capgemini

Only work life balance is good here. Nothing else, but sometimes salary and increment give us the mental & work satisfaction - they doesn't have that.

There new HR policy doesn't allow you to get appraisal in a year, like I have joined in January 2022, but I don't get appraisal on 23's April. Just do slavery blindly 2yrs,after 2yrs you'll get 6-7% hike. Isn't it great? That's a MNC....! Just rubbish!
