There is job security. Work culture is good but a lot depends on the project. Overall average compensation but a good and stable organization.

...hey only care for billing. Very poor appraisal system. Got 4% hike in 2 years. Nothing good to talk about except variable pay. People usually get 100% irrespective of resource billable or not.

... there's lots of terms and conditions, and even the payment is not done on time. Barely any salary hike after 2.5 years
