Managers and above management have No emotions for A B C grade employees , they will just force you to work and only work , they want their work on time , no any benefits , no hikes , even no one cares about your skill , here they will just replace you by fresher recuitment .

Dislikes

Nothing , Capgemini will hire freshers to work instead increasing salary for their current employees.

Flexibility in working hours but it depends on the project Flexibility of location again depends on the project Salary on time

Dislikes

No appreciation No promotion No salary hike for almost 80% employees even if you are working for 3 years Only 1-3% hike for rest of the 20% 1% hike if you are getting promoted

...oyees with 4-5 years of Capgemini experience yet not getting single appraisal….. Even they don’t pay the complete variable pay…… No-one knows exactly who decides the ratings n all ….and you won’t get any support from HR or delivery heads when you raise concerns over pay cuts or no appraisal…..Please don’t join if you have other offers in hand …. You will get stuck as the notice period is 90 days
