No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.

...tionship with upper management even if he/she doesn't work or perform at all....you will be eligible for promotion and when incremented salary comes that too has alot of variable in it.

Work life balance is pretty good here. If you get good project you can learn a alot. Lot of learning platforms are free. Compensation increment very less but good chance of learning and job security is there 100% with work life balance which matters most.

Increment should be more. Salary package not upto the mark.
