I am worked at Capgemini in 2007 to 2009।company management support our security policies।and company give good salary। Once again worked at Capgemini। I will suport through covid 19 I will follow rules safe for covid 19।

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

Slow moving, decisions are centralised and flowing from france. Not a very good pay master
