Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options.
Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees.
The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office.
Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.
The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.
...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
