Managers and above management have No emotions for A B C grade employees , they will just force you to work and only work , they want their work on time , no any benefits , no hikes , even no one cares about your skill , here they will just replace you by fresher recuitment .

Nothing , Capgemini will hire freshers to work instead increasing salary for their current employees.

Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.

I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG

Work Life balance although project dependent, skill development is highly focused area, work satisfaction is again project dependent, Company culture is very good, Job security is also very good.
