Lack of recognition of rewards: In some teams everybody gets the award whereas in others only one or two people get it and the manager and leads in the project are being overlooked. 7. Limited career growth and development 8. No support for mental and emotional well being. 9. Internal politics and favoritism 10. Lack of clear communication and transparency

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

...re toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.

I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG

Work Life balance although project dependent, skill development is highly focused area, work satisfaction is again project dependent, Company culture is very good, Job security is also very good.

People here with average work have no fear of loosing jobs. It's for the good and high achieving employees who will not be satisfied with the mediocrity and unrewarding workplace. But yes I never felt I will lose my job here.
