...ation transfer is conditional, can't resign for next 1 year. Average appraisal. Forceful capability contribution considered in appraisal, interviews without any pay, on weekends also. Hours online software. 12 days month mandatory wfo. Lack of quality work.

Fair opportunity to upskill. Fairly flexible working conditions.

Dislikes

Salary structure completely out of sync with respect to role, designation, skill sets. Salary structure not upto the market standards. There is no capping of salary between existing resources and external hires.

...s even more problematic.. i got assigned to a project after 3 months of joining. The only positive thing i found is the salary structure, which I feel they try to optimise to minimise tax . Overall i am having hard time working here.
