It has good policy and salary structure for all freshers and employees. It will give opportunity to employees for onsite opportunities. Good company and good working environment. All Capgemini policies are good. And I am feeling so proud to be a part of capegmini company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.. There is a bound of 2 year before which you cannot reign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.. And I am ready with your all agreement and policies of these company.

Likes

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

The management and hiring team worst. before any escalation they don't have any proper guidance or such programs to aware about policies for new employees and no work satisfaction also don't have good projects and nothing for new learning and total time waste

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Dislikes

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's

Likes

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

Dislikes

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. Managers voice is as rude as he speaks to effect our personal feelings just to win the current situation.
