Capgemini is more interested in hiring outside resources for high compensation than paying competitive compensation for those who are already employed. There is a stark difference in compensation for folks in same grade and employees in lower grade being compensated higher. Loyalty is not rewarded!

Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

...re toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..
