Salary No parity and pyramid in salary. Worst worst ever hikes in industry. Every 3 years there is no hike. Your N+1 who is manager or sr manager get all cream if customer is happy with work, you will not get anything.

Its a very good and very satisfied working culture, Work life Balance is also good. Its a very beautiful Learning Atmosphere where you can explore yourself.

Salary structure should be on the basis of your Grade. But here If you are in a Good Position that does not mean you are having Handsome Salary.

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

Dislikes

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. Managers voice is as rude as he speaks to effect our personal feelings just to win the current situation.
