Working with Capgemini gives a job security although it is subjective to the projects, but unlike different MNC it actual works a bit diff from indian MNC based upon the rule regulations.

The salary & hikes is not very appreciated same goes for the onshore opportunity.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

Work Life balance although project dependent, skill development is highly focused area, work satisfaction is again project dependent, Company culture is very good, Job security is also very good.

People here with average work have no fear of loosing jobs. It's for the good and high achieving employees who will not be satisfied with the mediocrity and unrewarding workplace. But yes I never felt I will lose my job here.

... is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.
