Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Likes

Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Dislikes

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

Obviously the compensation part of it. As a well performing employee in the company I believe I deserve better compensation but I'm still stuck at below par salary package

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do
