Work life balance is good, leaning opportunity and specially certification opportunity for the employee. Company encourage employees to participate in different POC work to get the real time project experience specifically for new technology.

...rudely and once their self need will be over they will give you bad rating. ✓Poor salary hike year after year. ✓No extra monitary benefits. ✓Less SAP projects.

It's good to work with this company more bench time job secured all projects I have worked at client places

Salary hikes are bad depends on bu's and managers people will get more and less hike even if you get good or bad ratings

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.
