No hike, No promotions even when your performance is good. I've been here since 3 years and till now I got 0% hike. They don't even tell the reason of no hike.

Good management, friendly environment, casual wears, open to hybrid and convenient work, good with allowing leaves

No hike, no proper promotion, force into completing not mandatory certificate, always have a certification course for all and expects you to complete beyond work hours, no compensation for that, pay disparity between management and actual developers, no appreciation or company benefits, no diwali applications, very woke

...r 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Holiday payouts sometimes we receive sometimes not.
